This program is built to deliver all Mercury Marine leads directly to your dealership’s certified customer relationship management (CRM) system, enhancing your sales potential and customer outreach.

The Mercury Marine Lead Management Program is integrated with several popular customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The integration allows Mercury Marine to securely post leads directly into your dealership's lead management platform, so that you can follow up with customers who are looking to engage with your dealership to make a purchase.

Eligible Mercury dealers are required to utilize either one of the certified relationship management (CRM) systems or sign up for RESPONSE.

RESPONSE Dealer CRM

For dealerships not currently utilizing one of the Mercury Marine certified CRM providers, there is an option to enroll with RESPONSE. RESPONSE CRM is available to eligible Mercury dealers only and is a cost-effective solution that will allow you to manage all your Mercury Marine Leads in an easy-to-use application.
