General Program Questions
The Mercury Marine Lead Management Program, is an industry-leading enterprise lead management program designed to deliver qualified Mercury Marine leads directly to your dealership enhancing your sales potential and customer outreach.

The Mercury Lead Management Program offers a variety of benefits such as:
- Feeding leads directly into select Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for easier lead management.
- Making lead management more efficient.
- Providing access to reporting.
- Bringing in leads from a wide range of sources.
- Providing an enhanced level of customer security.
- Ensuring leads get through to participating dealers.
- Having a dedicated support team.
Costs & Fees Questions
- There is no program cost for 2026PY.
- CRM costs can be claimed for Co-op reimbursement if the dealer chooses to do so.
- There is no program cost for 2026PY.
- Participation in the program is voluntary. The cost of the program is covered by Mercury for the first year.
- Each CRM system is different, with different functionality and different pricing. Some offer just lead management capabilities, others are more full-blown systems that can manage many aspects of a business.
- We recommend researching the certified CRM providers here to find the one that best meets the dealership’s needs and budget.
- Some CRMs do offer discounts through the Dealer Advantage program (open to all Mercury dealers) or through this Mercury Lead Management Program. When contacting CRM providers, dealers should be sure to ask about discounts or special pricing.
- Pricing and discounts are managed through each CRM provider. We recommend contacting the CRM provider and asking if they offer any discounts or special rates for Mercury dealers.
- Some CRMs do offer discounts through the Dealer Advantage program (open to all Mercury dealers) or through this Mercury Lead Management Program. When contacting CRM providers, dealers should be sure to ask about discounts or special pricing.
Co-op Questions
- There is no program cost for 2026PY.
- CRM costs can be claimed for Co-op reimbursement if the dealer chooses to do so.
- Co-op reimbursement for CRM costs under this program will be processed in accordance with the Co-op Guidelines, per available program year funds.
- Participating dealers will need to file a Co-op claim; the claim should be filed as a “Digital Lead Management Program CRM” expense.
- Dealers must be enrolled in the lead management program with a certified CRM system in order to apply Co-op funds to the CRM cost.
- Dealers can file one claim at the end of the Co-op program year for CRM expenses if they choose to do so. Per Co-op guidelines, claims must be submitted by September 30.
Reimbursement will be 100% for committed participating dealers; 50% for non-committed participating dealers, per available program year funds.
There will not be a maximum allowance in the 2026PY program.
Reimbursement on claims for CRM expenses will be processed in the same manner as other Co-op claims. Reimbursement will be provided in the form of a credit on the dealer’s account.

CRM Provider Questions
- The full list of certified CRM systems, including details and contact information for each, can be found here.
- This list is subject to change as additional CRMs are certified and added to the program.
- Mercury, along with our program partner, is constantly evaluating the mix of CRMs being used to determine if new ones can be added to the program. If dealers are using CRM systems that are not currently in the offering, we can look into certifying them as well.
- We do have the potential to add more CRM providers. Dealers can contact the team at 888-494-6793 or via email at leads@mercurydealerdigital.com; they can also submit their current CRM provider here.

- Dealers who wish to participate but won’t have a certified CRM by the April 15, 2025 launch date can opt into the program after that date, once their certified CRM is set up and ready to receive leads.
- Staring April 15, 2025, all leads will be routed into certified CRM systems. The email notifications will be turned off.
Mercury will not be tracking specific leads in participating dealers’ CRM systems. The CRM systems will provide lead status updates for reporting purposes only.
Our intent is to work with the CRM systems that are currently in use. If dealers have a CRM system that is not on the certified list, they are encouraged to provide their current CRM provider here. The team will actively look into that CRM provider to determine if a future integration might be possible.
Onboarding new CRM systems can take a minimum of 10-12 weeks, in some cases it may take longer.
Lead Capture & Routing / Lead Management Questions
Mercury will be rolling out more lead capture forms and additional sources of lead capture in 2025 – including social media channels as well as in-person events and shows.
- Some lead capture forms require the customer to select the participating dealer. Examples of those forms can be found the on the Mercury website.
- Other lead capture forms, such as those used at shows and events, will assign leads to participating dealers in a set geographic area, in a round-robin fashion. Please note that the area will vary based on market.

No. Leads are assigned based on two criteria:
- The participating dealer selected by the customer (for those leads captured on the Mercury website).
- Participating dealers in a geographic area (for those leads captured outside of the Mercury website) – in areas with multiple participating dealers, leads will be assigned in a round-robin fashion. Please note that the area will vary based on market.

After April 15, 2025, when we start sending leads directly into certified CRM systems – yes, we will be sure that the leads are received.
Yes, you may switch CRM tool providers at any time. Please note, in order to receive and process Mercury Marine leads, your dealership must enroll with one of the certified providers, and you will need to work directly with the provider for enrollment, cancellation, contracting, and launch of your tool.
RESPONSE is a low-cost CRM tool that allows Mercury Marine dealerships to receive and respond to leads that have been generated from Mercury Marine.
- If your dealership is enrolling with RESPONSE, the Mercury Marine Lead Program support team will reach out to you via email within 2-3 business days to get your dealership set up with the platform. Your dealership will be provided with credentials, resource guides, and a live how-to demonstration.
- If your dealership is enrolled with one of the other certified CRM providers (excluding RESPONSE), the Mercury Marine Lead Program support team will configure your dealership accordingly. You can expect this process to take between 1 to 4 weeks.
