CERTIFIED LEAD MANAGEMENT PROVIDERS

The Mercury Marine Lead Management Program supports the following certified customer relationship management (CRM) providers for use in collecting lead responses and activity data for lead management.

• Commander
• Callers IQ
• Lightspeed
• DP360
• RESPONSE
• Team Marine
• Traffic Log Pro

Eligible Mercury dealers are required to utilize one of the certified relationship management (CRM) systems. As additional support to help you manage these leads, CRM costs will be eligible for Co-op reimbursement under this program as digital expenses!

To enroll in the Mercury Marine Lead Management Program, fill out and submit the form below with your dealership information, enrollment status, and CRM provider details.

To be eligible for the Mercury Lead Management Program, dealers must be one or more of the following:

• Platinum or Gold stocking
• Avator Electric
• Repower Sterndrive
